FANBOXT is a fan-built platform for logging, reviewing, and discussing sports games and events you have watched. The Service allows users to maintain personal game diaries, write reviews, create lists, and engage with other fans.

3. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

FANBOXT is an independent fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league, team, organization, or broadcasting network, including but not limited to the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC, MLS, Premier League, NCAA, or ESPN.

All team names, league names, athlete names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any use of these names on FANBOXT is purely for informational and fan commentary purposes and constitutes fair use under applicable law.

FANBOXT does not broadcast, stream, or redistribute any live or recorded sports content. Game scores, schedules, and statistical data displayed on the platform are factual information sourced from publicly available data.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of reviews, lists, and other content you create on FANBOXT. By posting content, you grant FANBOXT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
• Spam or commercially deceptive
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights

FANBOXT reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
